Our Story

Built from a Frustration with Generic Advice

Quorva was founded in Hai Phong after its founders spent years observing a persistent gap: Vietnamese businesses — particularly those in the north — were being advised by consultants who did not genuinely understand the local operating environment. The advice was often technically sound but practically unsuitable.

We set out to do something different. Quorva was established to bring consulting practice that starts from context — from the specific regulatory landscape, the particular market dynamics, and the human dimension of business decisions. Every engagement reflects this commitment.

Our name was chosen to suggest direction and clarity — Quorva, a word we coined to carry the sense of a pivot point, the moment when a business finds its footing. That is the role we aim to play for the organisations we serve.

Today we work with founders, family businesses, and leadership teams across northern Vietnam — offering regulatory advisory, brand strategy, and exit planning services delivered with care and professional rigor.
